A Ride that took 6 years. I had the luck to join an international team of 10 people in 2012. At the time I had no idea what a ride was ahead of me.
For the next six years we were traveling around the world, meeting all kinds of industry leaders, constantly growing our conference, During this process, I had to work on print as well as on digital. Designing countless banners, brochures, websites, and social campaigns. I even had the opportunity to join the best UX team in the area to rebuild our complex website and online presence.
Adam is one of the best UX designer’s and humans that I know and great fun to be around. He joined our team as a junior graphic designer before being promoted to lead UX designer at UNLEASH for the past 5 years reporting directly to me on a number of occasions. I am passionate about our brand identity and as such the toughest customer in the world for a UX designer, so he has the insight and resilience needed for complex projects. Adam is his best version of himself when he has new, challenging and well communicated project plans – he will immerse himself in the project like no one else. Furthermore, he handles himself and projects in a professional manner, executes on time and is well able to manage all the personalities that tend to surround major projects. The team and I miss him terribly, we take solace knowing he will be very successful in his new endeavours
